“I Am Glad To Be Here And Ready To Prove My Worth,” Omedwa Reacts After Joining URA FC
Rogers Omedwa has expressed his excitement and promised to prove his worth after joining Uganda Revenue Authority Football Club ahead of the new season.
The goalkeeper joins the Tax Collectors from West Nile based StarTimes Uganda Premier League entity Arua Hill Sports Club.
He has put pen to paper on a two-year employment contract that will keep him at the club until 2025.
Reacting after completing his move Rogers Omedwa told URA’s official website: “I am glad to be here and ready to prove my worth.”

“I know competition I alot but I will work hard to ensure I help the club achieve it’s goals each I get the chance to play,” he concluded.
During his two seasons with the Kongolo Boys he made 22 appearances and kept 12 clean sheets.
Omedwa has previously featured for Busoga United and most recently Arua Hill SC.
In the on going transfer window, URA FC have already bolstered their squad by signing Kisiriko Denis Luzige, Kisolo John Innocent, Amis Bwangani, Godfrey Sekibengo, Aliro Moses Okabo, Ibrahim Wammanah, Denis Otim and Norman Namanya.
