Maroons Avenge First Round Defeat With 2-0 Win Over Arua Hill At Luxira
Maroons Football Club maintained their perfect start to the second round of UPL with a 2-0 victory over Arua Hill Sports Club at Luzira Prison Ground on Tuesday.
Man of the match Abel Eturude and Darius Ojock scored in either side of the encounter to avenge their 3-1 defeat in the reverse fixture last year at Barifa.

Solomon Walusimbi could have doubled the lead for Maroons FC but his right footed thunderbolt strike was well punched by Arua Hill’s custodian Richard Anyama as Maroons settled for a 1-0 lead in the first stanza.
After the restart, Darius Ojok doubled the lead for Maroons FC with a brilliant chip into the top left corner in the 73 minutes as Maroons held on for a 2-0 win.
