
Defender Geriga Atendele And 5 Ugandan Based Players Named In South Sundan’ Provisional Squad For Djibouti Double Header
South Sudan’ men National team head coach Stefano Cusin has summoned a total of 38-man provisional squad to face Djibouti in the 2023 AFCON qualifiers.
The squad comprises of Arua Hill Sports Club defenders Geriga Atendele, Toha Rashid and four other players currently based in Uganda.
The four players include Benard Agele from Sports Club Villa, Loki Emmanuel Peter (Bright Stars FC), Ivan Wani from BUL FC and Data Elly Christopher from FUFA Big League entity Kyetume FC.

Bright Stars will face Djibouti on 23rd March 2022 in the first leg of the encounter in Alexandria Egypt and on 27th March at St Mary’s stadium in Kampala Uganda.
