Blacks Power Announce Squad Numbers For 2022/23 SUPL Season
Newly promoted StarTimes Uganda Premier League entity Blacks Power Football Club have annouced their squad numbers for the 2022/23 campaign.
The Lira based entity managed to register 26 players for the new season and also signed saveral players including striker Dickens Okwir who joined from UPD and will don Shirt Number 8.
Former Arua Hill and Tooro United defender Mike Kawooya who joined the club as a free agent has been handed number 87 while Baden Mujahid will don shirt number 21 after joining the club from Onduparaka FC.
Blacks Power will be under the stewardship of Peter Onen with Simon Peter Misaki retaining his arm band ahead of their debut season in the top tier league.
The club that will host their games at Aki Bua Stadium in Lira city gained promotions to the top flight after winning the 2021/22 FUFA Big League trophy.
They will begin their campaign against BUL FC on Saturday 1st-October at Aki Bua Stadium Lira
