Arua Hill SC Goalkeeper Extends Contract
Goalkeeper Richard Anyama will remain with the Leopards at least until 2024 after agreeing to a contract extension on Tuesday afternoon.
Arua Hill Sports Club custodian Richard Anyama has signed a new two-year deal with the club.
“Shot stopper Richard Anyama extends his contract for 2 more years. This will keep him with us till 202,” Reads Club statement.
The 27 year-old shot stopper has been with the Leopards since 2020, having signed from StarTimes Uganda Premier League entity Wakiso Gaints FC.
Anyama has impressed in his two seasons with Arua Hill SC as he has been the best Goalkeeper for the last two seasons.
He played an integral part in Arua Hill’s impressive debut season in the StarTimes Uganda Premier League keeping 11 clean sheets in 8 matches as he won the best Goalkepeer of the season.
The former Onduparaka FC custodian was also voted the best goalkepeer with Arua Hill SC during the 2020/21 FUFA Big League season where he guided the Leopards to the top-tier unbeaten and also won the FUFA Big League trophy.
Recently he became the second individual goalkeeper to sign up a deal in Uganda with East African goalkeeping glove company OneTex Pro after Charles Lukwago.
