
Uganda Premier League Wrap: Vipers, KCCA Win To Intensify Title Race
StarTimes Uganda Premier League’s top two kept up the furious pace of their title race by registering wins during their various encounters played on Wednesday afternoon.
BUL FC 1-3 Vipers SC:

Vipers Sports Club maintained its one-point lead after ralling from behind to beat BUL FC 3-1 at the Kyabazinga Stadium in Bugembe.
Walter Ochora opened the lead for the host but Youngster Najib Yiga bagged a magical brace in the first half before Yunus Ssentamu sealed the victory for the Venoms with a late goal in the second stanza.
Victory means Vipers SC remained at the top of the log with 36 points after 16 games. meanwhile BUL FC dropped to 7th place with 26 points after 16 games.
Both teams are back in action on Saturday 12th Feb 2022 as BUL visit Wakiso Gaints at Kyabazinga Stadium Bugembe while Vipers SC host Arua Hill at the St Mary’s stadium Kitende.
KCCA FC 1-0 URA FC:

Kampala City Council Authority Football Club remained in the second place after defeating URA FC 1-0 at Phillip Omondi Stadium.
Patrick Henry Kaddu scored on his return to Lugogo as KCCA FC broke URA FC jinx to keep pressure on leaders Vipers SC
The result means KCCA FC remained in the 2nd place of the log with 35 points after 16 games, URA FC meanwhile are rooted in the 3rd place of the log with 28 points after 16 games.
URA FC are back in action on Saturday 12th Feb 2022 against Gaddafi FC at Arena of Vision while KCCA FC visit Mbarara City FC at Kakyeka Stadium in Mbarara.
