Richard Anyama named the FUFA Big League Best Goalkeeper last season after guiding Arua Hill to the Uganda Premier League.
Westnile’s finest goal keeper Anyama Richard was named the FUFA Big League best goal keeper last season with Arua Hill as the club earned Automatic promotion to the StarTimes sponsored Uganda premier league.
In that promotion campaign, Anyama was outstanding in the season as the Kongolo boys (Leopards) went unbeaten, keeping 8 cleansheets in 13 games.

Born on 25, August 1996 in Obongi District Anyama Rechard majorly grew up in Kitintale in Kampala ,He went to Murchison Bay Primary School in Luzira and St Kizito SS Bugolobi for his UCE and UACE.
Though Anyama is a Goalkeeper now, he started as a striker and he got interested in football at a tender age in primary school,the Shot-stopper has played under different levels of Ugandan football – He started with Kampala Zonal League side Mutungo FC in 2011/2012,he then moved to Mukono Zonal League side Mpoma Tigers FC in 2013.
In 2013/14, he signed for Uganda Premier League side UPDF for two seasons before crossing to Big League side The Saints FC in 2015/2016 guiding them to promotion.
From 2017 to 2019, Anyama was at Onduparaka FC before joining Wakiso Giants in 2019/2020 from where he joined Arua Hill.
His Biggest achievements in football was earning promotions to the Azam sponsored Uganda Premier League in 2015/2016 with the Saints and going unbeaten with Arua Hill in the 2020/2021 StarTimes FUFA Big League season as Anyama was named the best Goalkeeper of the Big League With Arua Hill after winning 1-0 @ FUFA Technical center in Njeru against Toroo United courtesy of Rashid Kawawa sole Effort.
