Former Arua Hill SC Assistant Coach Joins Onduparaka FC Technical Team
West Nile based FUFA Big League entity Onduparaka FC have roped in experienced coach Fabio Ahmed Borini into their technical team.
Borini joins the Caterpillars after stints as the assistant coach of now relegated StarTimes Uganda Premier League entity Arua Hill SC.
He has been roped in as assistant coach to Ceasor Okhuti who joined the the club as a coach player towards the end of last year.
This development was confirmed on Wednesday Feb 2028 via the club’s various social media platforms.
“Coach Ahmed Borini has joined our technical department ahead of our Big League second round opening game with Kiyinda Boys tomorrow,” Reads part of club statement.
“Borini will work together with Ceaser Okhuti and other members of the technical department to spearhead our run and desire to qualify back to the UPL.”
Borini has previously coached Calvary FC a club he helped win the West Nile Regional League title and also earned them sporting promotion to FUFA Big League. He also won the FUFA Big League champions with the Kongolo Boys.
The Caterpillars also confirmed the signing of seven new signings including John Rogers Okumu, Sabir Mayoral Noah, Ibrahim Musa, Nelson Mandela, Jaffer Kerepi and goalkeeper Yunus Dafala.
Onduparaka FC will begin their second round campaign at home as they host Kiyinda Boys FC at AbaBet Greenlight stadium in Arua City.
