Onduparaka Fc registered a 2-0 comfortable victory over BUL FC to boost their chances of playing in top flight next season.
John Rogers Okumu scored all the goals in either halfs for the Arua city side in the match played at Aba Bet Green Light stadium on Tuesday 4th of April.
Okumu opened the scoring seven minutes to the break putting the home fans a first half 1-0 lead joy.
Eight minutes into the second half, again John Rogers Okumu registered his name on the score sheet hence doubling the caterpillars lead finishing off Rashid Okocha’s free kick.
Ten minutes to minutes to the final whistle, another scoring chance fell to Abonga Dominic which too he did not burry.
The result meant Onduparaka Fc registered their third victory of the season.
Despite the win, Onduparaka Fc stayed bottom of the table with 13 points.
Simeon Masaba remains winless in the six league games since taking over as BUL FC head coach (D3, L3).
They are 3rd on the table with 30 points after 20 games, two above Vipers SC who sit 4th but have five games at hand.
BUL FC returns at home welcoming Express Fc on 8th of April while Onduparaka Fc visit Busoga United on 7th of the same month.
Action continues on Wednesday 5th April with three fixtures, Blacks Power Fc hosts KCCA FC in Lira.
