
Caf CL: Yunus Sentamu out as Alex Isabirye names Vipers SC traveling squad to Mali.

Vipers SC head coach Alex Isabirye named a 17- man squad that travelled to Mali to take on Horoya Athletic club in the last fixture in the CAF champions league.
The fixture will be played on Friday 31st of March 9:00pm East African Time.
It should be noted that Horoya Athletic club is from Guinea but they host their games at stade de 26 mars stadium in Mali.
Striker Yunus Sentamu was among the absentees from Isabirye’s 17-man squad.
Yunus is out with an injury that did not enable him travel to Mali for the Friday action.
Orhers rulled out of the tie is Murushid Juuko, Marvin Youngman and captain Milton Kalisa due to injury issues.
The trio of Siraj Sentamu, Livingston Mulondo and Fabien Mutombora miss out too but due to national duty engagements.
Striker Cromwell Rwothomio is back to the team after two months out with personal problems.
Both Horoya Athletic club and Vipers SC currently can’t make it to the knock out stage.
After five games, Raja Casablanca from Morocco and Simba SC from Tanzania are the two which have qualified to the knock out from group F with 13 and 9 points respectively.
Horoya Athletic club come 3rd with 4 points and Vipers SC 4th 2 points.
At st Mary’s stadium Kitende, Vipers SC and Horoya Athletic club settled for a burren draw.
