Mugulusi named Uganda Hippos Captain.

Creative Midfield gem Isma Mugulusi has been named as the new Captain for the Uganda U-20 men football team (The Uganda Hippos).

Mugulusi who currently trades at Greece Second division side Makedonikos Football club will lead Uganda Hippos troops who take challenge to Sudan between 28th October to 11th November for the AFCON Zonal Qualifiers.

The announcement was made by the Teams’ interim head coach, Jackson Mayanja after day eight morning session training at the MTN OMONDI STADIUM in Lugogo.

The Former SC Villa Player will be deputized by Titus Sematimba, Ibrahim Juma and Abdul Magada in a pecking order.

Mugulusi replaces now Greek based Gavin Kizito Mugweri who left a mark at the last edition of the U-20 AFCON Tournament in Mauritania and has since graduated to the U-23 side.
