West Nile Province Cruise To A 4-0 Victory Over Kampala In First-Leg Of FUFA Drum L16
West Nile Province took a gaint step towards FUFA Drum quarter finals with a comfortable 4-0 win over Kampala Province in the first leg of their last-16 action played at Ababet Greenlight stadium on Sunday evening.
Muhammad Shaban bagged a magical brace while Abang Rwothomio Crowmwell and Fahad Aziz Bayo were all on target for the White Rhinos.
Shaban gave the hosts the lead just 41st minute whipping a right-footed shot off Fahad Bayo’s delivery past Kampala Province custodian Emmanuel Were for a 1-0 lead in the first half.
Five minutes from the break Muhammad Shaban completed his own brace and the second for West Nile as he headed home Rashid Kawawa’s cross for a 2-0 lead.
Substitute Abang Cromwell then made it 3-0 in the 61st minute for Dudu Bosco’s guns through a brilliant strike from Fahad Bayo’s cross.
Before man of the match Bayo sealed the victory for West Nile Province as he slotted home from the left wing for hist first goal for the hosts to hand White Rhinos a 4-0 victory over Kampala Province.
