WestNile Mini Zonal: Ocoko United Beat Oli Raising To Storm Semi-Final
Ocoko United Football Club progressed to the Semi-finals of the 2021/22 WestNile Mini-Zonal League in the Nyagak Zone after defeating Oli Raising Soccer Club 1-0 on Wednesday evening.
Midfielder Nyoyoni scored the only goal of the clash as Okoco United stunned Oli Raising Soccer Club in a rescheduled dramatic quarter-finals played at Kuluva Hospital Arene.
Following a goalless first-half, Oli Raising Soccer Club fell behind in the 61 minutes of the encounter when Nyoyoni found the back of the net to hand his side the march needed win.
Victory means Ocoko United FC becomes the third club to progress to WestNile Mini-Zonal League Semi-Final in the Nyagak Zone after Kuluva Rainbow FC and Paidha United.
Ocoko now await the winner between Pajobi FC and Nyahama FC to determine their opponent in the WestNile Mini Zonal League Semi-Final.
