Former Police FC head coach Abdallah Mubiru is reportedly set to make a return to head coaching role at Wakiso Gaints Football Club.
Wakiso Gaints Football Club are reportedly set to unviel former Police FC boss Abdallah Mubiru as their new coach ahead of the coming season.
Mubiru is currently a free agent after he was sacked by Police FC following a poor run of results that left the Corps in the 13th place of the log with 24 points as they got relegated to FUFA Big League.
According to SportsNation, Abdallah Mubiru has agreed a two-year deal with the Purple Sharks.
The Publication reports that Mubiru will be unveiled next week on Monday adding that he will be assisted by John Luyinda who took over his role when his contact was terminated by the Corps.
“Mubiru has agreed a two-year deal with Wakiso Giants,” reports the Kampala based publication.
“The gaffer will be unveiled next week on Monday, with sources adding that John Luyinda will be his assistant.”
The 46-year old will takeover from Alex Gitta who parted ways with the Purple Sharks before the end of last season.
