Kenneth Semakula: Skipper Bids Emotional Farewell To Uganda Premier League Champions SC Villa
Skipper Kenneth Semakula has said his goodbye to Sports Club Villa with an emotional statement released on his various social media platforms.
The 21-year old who joined the Jogoos 3 years ago from BUL FC, played a crucial role in leading the club to their 17th title and the first after 20years.
In a statement posted on his various social media platforms, Semakula thanked the club coaches, fans, administrations and teammates.
“As my time with this incredible club draws to a close, I want to take a moment to express my gratitude to each abd everyone of you. It has been an honour and a privilege to serve as your skipper and player over these past seasons,” Reads part of the statement.
“To my teammates, you are not just colleagues but brother in arms. Together we have faces challenges, celebrated victories and forged bonds that will last a lifetime. The coaching staff and technical team, your guidance and expertise have been instrumental in our success.”
“As I bid farewell, I leave with a heart full of memories and a sense of pride that we have accomplished together.”
The youngster previously played for Busoga United, BUL FC and most recently SC Villa.
He turns into membership the first player to leave the Jogoos ahead of the coming 2023/2024 StarTimes Uganda Premier League season.
