Puis Bamwenge Quits As Arua Hill Sports Club CEO.
Puis Bamwenge has resigned with immediate effect at StarTimes Uganda Premier League entity Arua Hill’s Chief Executive Officer barely eight months from into the job.
The former Maroons CEO was appointed as Arua Hill Sports Club’s chief executive officer in January this year but has since stepped down from the role.
Puis broke the news on his official Twitter profile, stating he has resigned from his post at the West Nile based side who risk being relegated from the top-tier league for failing to provide mandatory minimum club licensing Requirements.
“After a critical analysis, I have decided to resign from my position as the Chief Executive Officer of Arua Hill Sports Club,” said Puis.
“I pray that the almighty God guides you through all these challenges and I hope all will be well in my absence.Thank you for the opportunity.”
Puis didn’t give any reasons for his departure from Arua Hill and couldn’t be reached for comment on the matter.
