As the half progressed, the visitors managed to redeem themselves but failed to create clear goalscoring chances.
Both sides had to settle for a goalless draw in the final whistle.
The draw leaves BUL FC in the 8th position on 34 points after 25 games while Arua Hill SC are in the 4th place on 38 points from 25 games.
The two teams are back in action on Tuesday 16 May as BUL FC visit KCCA FC at Philip Omondi stadium while Arua Hill SC host Busoga United at Barifa Stadium.
