
Arua District Fourth Division League: Ten Man Colo Colo FC Stun Leo FC To First Defeat In Three Matches.
Colo Colo FC registered a big win as they defeated Leo FC 2-1 in the Arua District Fourth Division League encounter played at Salim Saleh’s play ground on Monday evening.
The Arua fourth division match ended in favour of the away team who managed to grab all the maximum number of points in a highly contested match played at Salim Saleh’s play ground home to Leo FC.
The match day four saw both sides meet where that away team in Colo Colo FC were looked by many as under dog before the kick off.
The match was delayed at the start as the away team had to report 30 minutes later which pushed the match to start at 5 pm.
The home team started with a lot of pressure on the away team with Maliamungu ‘s over head kick was safely handled by the Colo Colo goalie with just 2 minutes of the first half.
The visitors had a great chance in the 15th minutes from a close range Free kick by Sunday Asea only to be denied by the Leo FC keeper Harmony superb save who lifted it over the bar.

On the other hand Joel Anguyo Colo Colo goalie was forced to make a good save from Jonathan’s attempt and shortly the skipper had a good one two touch with but Hassan fired blank.
The host had another opportunity to score following a foul on Maliamungu, with Yiiki failing to have the final touch from Jonathan’s free kick.

In the last minute of the first half, Brian Efiyo and Julius Ebede had some nice exchange of passes only to be denied by Harmony Leo FC keeper once again.
Shortly after the resumption of second half, in the 48 minutes Suleiman’s left footed short went wide again.
Leo FC had to make first substitution where Jonathan had to make way for Musa in the 50th minutes.
But the home team had to be punished in the 64th minutes when Ndruma Ronald’s low shot went past Leo goalie to break the deadlock and put the visitors ahead.

had to do triple substitutions bringing in Ismail, Hillary and Bayo Frank for Maliamungu ,Asiku and Suleiman respectively.
It only took Bayo Frank 3 minutes to level matters for the home team in the 70th minutes of the game.
In the 71st minutes Hillary thought he had won the game for Leo FC after a rebound from a direct free kick but was flagged offside by the assistant referee.
Once again Colo Colo FC the Odramacaku’s based side had to take the lead with only 4 minutes of normal time of play left when Vincent Asiku headed the ball into the back of the net from Batre’s Free kick which proves to be the difference.
Batre was later sent off by the center referee for second bookable offense just 2minutes after the goal.
But the visitors held tight the defense though with ten men and had to walk away with all the maximum points.
The loss ended Leo’s 3 games unbeaten run in the league.
