Kitara Region League: 2nd round fixtures released, kickoff date revealed
The Kitara region League Albert Group competitions committee has released second round fixtures and confirmed kickoff date.
The committee where Kabwimukya Jackson George is the chairperson released the fixtures on Monday 13th March where by four matches will be played at different play grounds on Sunday 19th of March this year.
First round table leaders Bujumbura United will kick start at home welcoming Jeeja Fc at Kibanjwa primary school play ground.
Buhimba Saints United are lie 2nd three points bellow leaders will travel to Kagadi district to face-off with Kagadi United.
At Katusabe stadium in Masindi, Dove fc will entertain Blue Star Mugarana Fc while Kirasa United another Masindi based side will host new entrants Bweyale United at Nyakatoke play ground.
Bugoigo Leopards Fc from Buliisa district will host relegation candidate Victorious Fc from Hoima City.
Some big fixtures to look will see Bujumbura United welcoming Dove Fc on 23rd April, Dove fc lock horns with Bugoigo Leopards Fc in Masindi on 15th April.
On 9th April Bujumbura United will make a long trip to Bugoigo Leopards Fc in Buliisa district.
The last fixtures of the season will be played on Sunday 11th June this year.
At the end of the season the table leader will automatically qualify for the playoffs while the bottom three get relegated to 4th division.
