NEC FC has won two of the three matches in second round all ending 1-0 against Calvary and Ndejje University Fc. The remaining one was a 1-0 away loss to Police Fc.
It should be noted that all the four losses NEC FC has suffered this season have come away from home to Kitara Fc, Soroti Fc , Kyetume and Police Fc.
Back to the side of the home team Mbarara City Fc, have managed 35 points after 18 games. They have lost one sofar which came away to Luweero United 2-1 at Kasana play ground.
