Uganda Premier League WRAP: Wakiso Giants Leapfrog SC Villa, Vipers SC Register Second Wing Of The Season
There were two StarTimes Uganda Premier League that kicked off at 16:00 on Friday 11/11/2022, and they involved SC Villa vs Wakiso Giants and Blacks Power vs Vipers SC.

SC Villa 1-2 Wakiso Giants FC:
Wakiso Giants Football Club recorded thier fourth win of the season after defeating SC Villa 2-1 in the league encounter played at Wankulukuku stadium.
Ibrahim Kasule put the visitors ahead just 16 minutes from kickoff before Kimbowa Sharif sealed the victory for the Purple Sharks at the stroke of the first half.
After the break Seif Batte pulled one back for SC Villa but that was not enough as they succumed to their 2nd defeat this campaign.
Victory saw Wakiso Giants leapfrog SC Villa to the second place of the log with 14 points after seven games and are back in action on Friday 18th November as they host Gadaffi Modern FC at Kabaka Kyabaggu Stadium.
Meanwhile SC Villa who dropped to the third place of the standings with 13 points from seven matches are back in action on Saturday 19th November away to Arua Hill SC at Barifa stadium in Arua City.
Blacks Power 0-1 Vipers SC:
Vipers Sports Club returned to their winning ways after stunning Blacks Power 1-0 in a league encounter played at Akibua stadium in Lira City.
Ashraf Mandela scored the only goal of the clash from a penalty kick in the 74 minutes to hand Vipers SC their second win of the season and Blacks Power’s 5th defeat this campaign.
The result elavated Vipers SC to the 8th position of the log with 8 points from 5 matches while Blacks Power are dwelling in the 2nd place from the bottom of the log with 2 points after 7 matches.
Both teams are back in action on Tuesday 15th November as Blacks Power visit Maroons FC at Luzira Maximum Prisons stadium while Vipers SC host Arua Hill SC at St Mary’s stadium.
