
Police FC Announce New Signings For 2022/23 FUFA Big League Season
Uganda Police Football Club have announced their new signings as they get ready for a new life in the FUFA Big League.
The Cops have managed to sign 16 new players ahead of the coming 2021/23 StarTimes FUFA Big League season.
Notable among the new signings is the returns of defender Ibrahim Kibumba and goalkeeper Davis Mutebi from Tooro United Football Club.
The duo of midfielder Kirabira Mabiriizi Shakib and Right back Sendi Joel arrived from Nyamityobora FC, Meanwhile striker Male Reagan joined from Kireka United FC.
Other new signings include Peter Ouma, Kakeeto David, Jakony Daniel, Owalamu Martin, Osuna Cosmas Kiibi William, Kiyingi Murushid, Nviiri Israel, Kyambadde Rashid, Mutumba Osman, Danjuma Ahmed Aliyu.
The Cops will begin their new capmaign in the second tier at home as they welcome Lugazi on Thursday 13th at Kavuma Recreational Grounds.
Meanwhile Police FC also managed to announced a total of 30-man squad and their shirt numbers for the new season. The squad comprises of 16 new signings and 14 retained players.
