
FUFA BIG LEAGUE MD3 WRAP: NEC FC Maintain Perfect Start, Calvary Register First Win Of The Season
There were eight games played this evening in the StarTimes FUFA Big League with Calvary, NEC FC, Police, Kitara, Mbarara City, Northern Gateway and Booma FC registering various wins while Adjumani Town Council and Karoo Karungi shared spoils on match day three.
Calvary FC 2-1 Kyetume FC:

Calvary Football Club recorded their first win of the season as they defeated Kyetume FC 2-1 at Midigo Primary School Grounds.
First half goals from Norman Brown and Atandu Aggrey handed Dudu Bosco his first win since taking over as the head coach of the Horizon Stars.
Kyetume FC pulled one back in the second half but that was not enough as they were condemned to first defeat of the season on their first game of the campaign.
Victory lifts Calvary FC in the 10th place of the log with 3 points after 3 games while Kyetume FC are dwelling at the foot of the table with no point after a single game.
Both teams are back in action on Thursday 3 November as Calvary FC host Police FC at Midigo Primary School Grounds while Kyetume FC entertain Kaaro Karungi FC.
Ndejje University FC 1-2 NEC FC:

Ndejje University’s poor run continues as they were defeated 2-1 by NEC Football Club at Bombo Barracks on Thursday evening.
Samuel Nsubuga put the hosts ahead through a penalty kick just 5 minutes from kickoff but Ssekiranda equalised for the visitors at the stroke of half time before Steven Nyainga sealed the victory scoring in the 90+3 minutes to ensure a comeback and the third win of the season for NEC FC.
Victory means NEC FC extended their lead at the top of the summit to 9 points after 3 games while Ndejje University dropped to 2nd place from the bottom of the log with a single point after 3 matches.
Both teams are back in action on 3 November as Ndejje visit Kataka FC at FUFA Technical Center while NEC FC will host Mbarara City FC at Bugolobi Coffe Ground.
Kitara FC 3-1 Jinja North United FC:

Kitara Football Club returned to their winning ways with a 3-2 victory over Jinja North United at Kigaaya Play Grounds.
Matata Dickson gave the visiors an lead but Kaddu Patrick cancelled out his opener from the spot to settle for a 1-1 draw in the first stanza.
Immediately after the break Kaddu completed his own brace and the second for Kitara FC through a brilliant header before Edson Agondeze sealed the victory for Kitara FC.
Victory means Kitara FC remain in the second place of the log with 7 points after 3 games while Jinja North dropped to 12 place of the log with 2 points after 3 games.

Elsewhere Adjumani TC and Kaaro Karungi played out to a 1-1 draw at Paridi Stadium to pick their first point of the season while Police FC returned to their winning ways after defeating Kataka FC 1-0 at Kavuma Recreational.
