Gift Ali Lead List Of Eight Players Released By KCCA FC
Kampala City Council Authority Football Club (KCCA FC) have announced the departure of eight players as they begin shaping their squad ahead of the coming season.
Gift Ali Abubakar aka Gigi who had a second year option in his contract headline the list of the players who will not be part of the Kasassiro Boys next season.
The club announced that it will not renew the contracts of five players upon expiring in July while the other three players who still had a running contract with the Kasassiro Boys were mutually terminated.
The departing stars include Gift Ali Abubakar, Kigozi Samson Andrew, Kasirye Davis, Wafula Innocent Esimu, Erisa Ssekisambu, Kaddu Patrick, Bukenya Joseph and Yassar Mugerwa.
KCCA FC released the following statement on their official website confirming the departure of eight players.
As we continue preparations ahead of the 2022/23 season. The club has decided to part ways with eight (8) players.
