
Former Onduparaka FC Midfielder Retires From Active Football At 25
Former Onduparaka Football Club midfieder Allan Ganukura Busobozi has annouced his retirement from active football.
The 25-year-old has been without a club since being released by the Caterpillars in January and has decided to call time on a career that started in 2010 under the inspirations of coach Mujuni Edgar in Masindi and Ayub Khalifa at Kawempe Muslim Secondary School.
He made the decision known to his fans and followers via his officail social media sites on Friday evening.
On Twitter Busobozi Said: “i remain with lots of memories and many thanks to everyone who supported me through my football time. God bless you am DONE with football.”
The Kigumba based youngster joined Onduparaka FC in 2017 from Football For Good (FFG), a Canadian owned youth setup and spent four years with the Caterpillars before partying ways.
Onduparaka Football Club is the only team he has played for professionally starting from June 2017 to January 2022.
Busobozi is a graduate in bachelor degree in Business Administration specializing in Accounting at Gulu University.
