
Emmanuel Obua Excited To Join BUL FC
Stanbic Uganda Cup Champions BUL Football Club have officially confirmed the signing of defender Emmanuel Obua ahead of the coming season.
Obua joins the Eastern Gaints from newly promoted StarTimes Uganda Premier League entity Kyetume Football Club.
The left full back has signed a two-year employment contract which will see him through 2024.
Speaking to BUL FC after the move Obua said: “I am excited and grateful to join BUL,”
“I expect to win trophies here and help the team as well to move as high as possible.”
BUL FC manager Alex Isabirye said he’s delighted to have him at the club.
“Obua is good and one of the best young players currently. He did well in big league last season and I am happy to have him here, I know he will help the team,” Isabirye said.
Obua has previously featured for Blacks Power FC and most recently Kyetume Football Club.
The club have already completed the signing of workaholic forward Frank Kalanda, Otti Ronald and also added Simeone Masaba to their technical backroom staff ahead of the coming season.
Simon Peter Oketch Martin Aprem and Reagan Kalyowa are some of the players that have already extended their contracts with BUL FC.
