Cranes Coach Micho Names 26-Man Squad For Western Regional Tour
Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin Sredojevic “Micho” has named a strong 26-man squad that will travel to Western Uganda for the Regional Tour.
The squad comprises of four goalkeepers, nine defenders, five midfielders and seven strikers.
The National team will face Western Region select on Tuesday 02/08/2022 at Kyamate Playground in Ntungamo district in a build up match.
Uganda is preparing to face Tanzania in the 2023 African Nations Championship (CHAN) Qualifiers where the winner on aggregate will progress to the final tournament slated for January in Algeria.
The first leg will take place on 27th August at Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium while the return leg will be played on 3rd September at St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.
