
BUL FC Announce Signing Of Police FC Goalkeeper.
Stanbic Uganda Cup Champions BUL Football Club have annouced the arrival of goalkepeer Tom Ikara.
Ikara joins the Eastern Gaints from relegated Uganda Police Football Club to bolster their goalkeeping department.
He has signed a two-year employment contract with the club that will see him through 2024, the club confirmed on Monday evening.
Part of a club statement read: “Goalkeeper Tom Ikara has joined BUL Football Club on a two – year contract.
“Ikara joins from Police, and he will add strength to our goalkeeping area.
A product of Soda academy and Blacksmith Football Club in the lower divisions, Ikara has previously featured for Busoga United, KCCA FC, Mbarara City (on Loan) and most recently Police FC.
He turns into membership the fourth signing after Frank Kalanda, Otti Ronald and Emmanuel Obua. The club also added Simeone Masaba to their technical backroom staff ahead of the coming season.
Simon Peter Oketch Martin Aprem and Reagan Kalyowa are some of the players that have already extended their contracts with BUL FC.
BUL FC will symbolize Uganda in the CAF Confederations Cup after winning the 2021/22 Stanbic Uganda Cup trophy.
