
UGANDA CRANES HEAD COACH NAMES PROVISIONAL SQUAD FOR AFCON 23 QUALIFIERS
Uganda Cranes head coach Milutin Sredojević Micho has released his preliminary squad for 2023 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Algeria and Niger next month.
Micho’s guns begin their qualification campaign with matches against Algeria at Oran Olympic Stadium on Saturday 4th June before hosting Niger at St Mary’s Kitende four days later.
Uganda are in the same group with Algeria, Niger and Tanzania in the qualifiers that will start early next month.
Ahead of the qualifiers campaign, the Serbian tactician annouced 33 names in his provisional squad, which will still be cut before the teams meets in camp.
Huddersfield goalkeeper Bellagambi Giousue is the notable inclusion in Uganda Cranes provisional squad
The Cranes enters camp at Cranes Paradise Hotel in Kisasi on Monday.
