
Bright Stars Crash BUL FC To Move Out Of Relegation Zone
Soltilo Bright Stars Football Club secured a crucial three points in their bid to avoid relegation from StarTimes Uganda Premier as they crush BUL Football Club 3-0 at Kavuma Recreational Center on Saturday afternoon.
Ibrahim Kasinde opened the score for Bright Stars FC in the first-half before Joseph Janjali and Methodius Jungu rounded up the score in the second stanza.
Bright Stars started the better side and could have gone ahead through Yassin Mugume but his free-kick went wide just 3 minutes from kickoff.
Kasinde broke the deadlock for Bright Stars in the 37 minutes through a penalty after Youngman was brought down in the box for a 1-0 lead in the first stanza.

Four minutes from break Joseph Janjali doubled the lead for the hosts after brilliantly striking past BUL FC custodian John Okurut for a 2-0 lead.
With four minutes to the stoppage time Methodius Jungu put the game to bed after adding the third as Bright Stars FC settled for a 3-0 win over BUL FC.
Victory lifts Bright Stars FC out of relegation zone in the 12th position with 16 points from 20 games while BUL FC remained in the 4th place with 33 points from 20 games.
