
FUFA BIG LEAGUE WRAP: Blacks Power Stun Calvary, Maroons Brush Aside Ndejje As Luweero United Beat Nyamityobora To Move Out Of Danger Zone.
There were a host of StarTimes FUFA Big League games on Thursday evening with five games on the menue.
Blacks Power 2-0 Calvery FC:
Blacks Power Football Club registered their 8th win of the season after beating Calvary Football Club 2-0 at Akibua Memorial Stadium in Lira.
Acire John Paul and Okot Fred scored in either halves of the clash to condemn the Horizon Stars to their 4th defeat of the season.
Victory means Blacks Power remained at the top of the log with 27 points after 13 games. Calvery FC meanwhile dropped to the 5th place of the log with 19 points after 13 games.
Ndejje University 1-3 Maroons FC:

Maroons FC rallied from behind to thrash Ndejje University FC 3-1 at the Arena of Visions in Ndejje.
George Akena opened the lead for the host but Norman Odipio leveled matters for the visitors to settle for a 1-1 draw in the first half.
After the break Fred Amaku and Kiibi William scored a goal each to hand Maroons FC their 7th win of the season.
Victory means Maroons FC remained in the 2nd place of the log with 25 points after 18 games. Ndejje University meanwhile are in the 7th place of the log with 16 points after 18 games.
Luweero United 1-0 Nyamityobora FC:

In Kosovo Stadium Luweero United returned to their winning ways after stunning Nyamityobora FC 1-0 courtesy of first half goal from Mudali Derrick.
The result means Luweero United moved out of the danger zone as they leapfrogged Proline FC in the 8th place of the log with 15 points after 18 games while Nyamityobora are rooted at the bottom of the log with 7 points after 18 games.
At Nakisunga Sazza Ground, Kyetume FC returned to their winning ways after beating Malaba Youth Development Associations Football Club (MYDA FC) 2-1.
Lastly Kataka Football Club completed a double over Proline FC with a 3-0 victory at Mbale Municipal Stadium in Mbale.
