
OFFICIAL: VIPERS SC CONFIRM RETURN OF MIDFIELDER
Vipers Sports Club have completed the re-signing of midfielder Frank ‘Zaga’ Tumwesigye ahead of the resumption of the StarTimes Uganda Premier League.
Tumwesigye joins the Venoms from fellow SUPL entity Uganda Police Football Club.
He puts pen to paper on a three-year employment contract that will keep him at St Mary’s stadium until 2025 the club have confirmed on Wednesday morning.
“Vipers Sports Club are delighted to announce the return of Frank ‘Zaga’ Tumwesigye to the club penning down a 3 year contract,” reads Club statement.
Speaking about this Tumwesigye said: ““I am now a changed player.”
“I have seen and learned a lot during my time away from Vipers SC and this time I come back a changed person with a different mentality.”
“I know Vipers SC is a team of pressure and competition and l am ready to compete for a place in the first eleven. And l surely know l will make it.”
Tumwesigye turns into membership the first official signing for Vipers SC during this January transfer window.
Vipers SC are currently rooted in the 2nd place of the SUC table standings with 30 points after 14 games
