Paul Kiwanuka Returns To Bright Stars For Third Stint As Head Coach

Soltilo Bright Stars Football Club have agreed a deal with Paul Kiwanuka “Kiwa” as their head coach as they look to fight off relegation when STARTIMES Uganda Premier League action resumes next month

Kiwanuka returns to Bright Stars for the third stint as he previously held the same position between 2019 and 2020, and also as an assistant coach during Fred Kajoba’s reign for four years before the pair reunited at Kitende.

The CAF “B” certified tactician will be deputized by Simon Peter Mugerwa who has been acting as an interim manager following the departure of Baker Mbowa.

Bright Stars are currently rooted in the 3rd place from the bottom of the SUPL log with 11 points after 14 games.
